I downloaded them and plopped them in my addons folder but they're not working.

They're not working.

Its called Sound_NewEffects, activate that, you have new jet sounds, a jump sound, and of course, the footsteps.

I activated on RTB and the Custom addon thing.
Not working at all.
EDIT: I don't hear footsteps, what do I do?
