BLF asked me if I wanted to download some thing?

so I'm browsing then I clicked on the Starbound thread then BLF asked me if I wanted to download some file.
I picked cancel right away. (I didn't get the download name)

Should I cancel my virus scan?

But chrome did the "warning file might be harmful" thing.
