Linux Mint 13- Blockland lags using Wine?

Ever since I got linux, I noticed that Blockland lags a ton with wine.
Even on a map with only 10000 bricks, it lags. Serious lag.
Does anyone know of a fix?

Blockland really isn't meant for Linux.
You're probably out of luck.

Yeah you're out of luck with Linux.
Some options are:
Turn your graphics all the way down to minimum.
Lower draw distance in advanced settings.
Lower blockland's resolution.
Don't run any other programs with blockland unless it's completely necessary.

You're not "out of luck" I've ran Blockland on Linux mint 14 Cinnamon with a P4 and GT 220. First off, why are you using linux mint 13 rather than 14? Second, download wine from the website and not through the terminal. Third, what video drivers do you have selected?
