Author Topic: My motherboard went out a while back  (Read 647 times)

Should I RMA it with MSI or just shell out another $100? I've heard horror stories about RMA. If I were to send it back, should I use an ESD bag and include all the screws/cables?

As long as they provide shipping and handling for you to send it back, there doesn't seem like a risk in doing it.  I RMA'd my GPU a while back after it broke and they sent me a brand new one absolutely free, covered shipping and everything

I just bought a new one. Most RMA reviews said they're EXTREMELY picky about the condition. I killed it with static. :/

Anyway, got this. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007QWI9YO/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
