This guy hacked my BF3 account

http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/user/NajtJohn/  This was originally my account, he managed to hack it and change my password a while ago, i finally managed to track him down, i want to try and get it back but have no proof, as my E-Mail was also hacked, however i can change his name, friends and dog tags (i can do this as before it was hacked i downloaded Battlelog on my ipod and it is still logged in), any ideas?

Russians hacked into my account, changed my name, changed my default language to Russian, and added two other hackers/hacked accounts to my friends list.
It actually took me 3 months to figure out, just because I refuse to put up with the battlelog/origin stuff. Wasn't even angry, I changed everything back then realized that BF3 had to update for 3 hours, so I just exited the update.
