MotE and USSR are to big for there boots I do think it is a bit of a rip off but MotE I don't think you have any right to tell this clan what there tag should or should not be. But yes it is a bit of a rip off

Excuse me but you have little idea about what your talking about. A clan with a copied name merely pushes it's noobish reputation onto the fomer clan and means lots of bans are handed out.
