At this point of technology I'm pretty sure that we'd have plenty of entertainment.
i.e. basically dumb down the masses with cheap entertainment while you wind up with a hardcore communist society where anyone can take whatever they want because it's free and everyone has a sense of entitlement because no matter how much they possess there is no value to their belongings
you will destroy the economy, destroy personal possessions and wealth, and destroy any existing societies
there won't be any reason for anyone to have enough muscle to be physically capable of hard labor, there are apparently no legal weapons so the police will be incapable of dealing with any armed threats, and the military will be a joke (ACTUALLY WAIT THESE ARE JOBS THEY DON'T EXIST WOOPS)
meanwhile these "advanced ais" will apparently be capable of thinking hard enough to decide to convert a factory into weapons manufacturing to neutralize humans or anything else considered a threat
