In the sense of a jail RP, you're giving above power to half of the players in the server. These players are expected to follow the rules of a server; and the admins are expected to enforce them.
Both fail, horribly in Tezuni's server, the low quality server attracts only the youngest of the players, the above power portion fails to deter from a jail =/= DM, and proof is required only because the "FREEKILL" line is so incredibly easy to fake its near impossible to enforce the rules of the server.
The admins chosen for the server also seem of the lowest quality; my guess is because none of the more mature would even consider for a second in taking part in the server.
These problems could be fixed, but Tezuni consistently ignores any real criticism, and the state of his Jail RP never appears to change outside of some holiday "decorations".
