Since I got Windows 7, I've noticed an annoying problem with the task bar. Occassionally, there might be lag. Afterwards, grouped items (like several Steam windows on a single icon) will have reversed order or generally be out of order. In a group, it won't let me arrange them back, which is annoying when trying to answer people on-the-fly.
While trying to find solutions, I found this:

Which mentions this:

Is this really one of the few ways to overcome this? I believe you'd use this to turn off grouping, rearrange the windows, then turn it back on? I simple want to be able to drag-click group items back into order.

It's odd that it is possible for those to rearrange themselves, and you aren't given the ability to reorder them yourself.
