Rule 5 is mostly just for drama.
I doubt badspot would ban for saying that we dont care about the youtuve comments of a user he went out of his way to ban.

It has been enforced outside of Drama before.
Regulith was once banned for saying he didn't care about American Football in a topic about a big game at the time.

It's less about not caring what a banned user does, and more not caring about/dismissing the topic.

But I don't think Conservative would be banned or deserve it. Mistakes are made.
