I have a problem with server prefs on someone else's server

Before: the "Server Preferences" button was green and displayed the RTB window.
Now: The button is white and displays the default Blockland server preferences overlay.

Same server, no shutdown or reset or anything inbetween.

What causes this, is enyone else experiencing this, and how the hell do I fix it?
