So yeah, I'm kinda sad that I have too. I didn't notice nor did I care until today, but I have really really bad posture, I look normal until you look at me at a certain angle. My neck sticks out, and apparently my spine also has an affect on my breathing / other stuff. So the doctor person said that if I don't get it fixed soon, that it could cause severe issues down the road. TBH, when I walked into the building I was scared, I guess I was scared about the results, and they were what I expected. There was loadddsss of people my age getting treatment, which I guess made me feel better that I wasn't stuck with bunches of old people. One girl that was there, she was like 15 she had a really bad back, it was like bad enough that if she bent at a certain point she'd cry. So they had to have a person with her 24/7. But yeah, it's a pretty depressing place.
-Edit: tomorrow I gotta go in for my first treatment. I forgot to mention too that I do lawn care, so I lift heavy things / bags all the time. I'm also leaning forward to push the mower and such. I was also a C-section baby, and C-section babies tend to have bad backs.
