My computer just restarted randomly.

There I was, browsing the web and installing shockwave, when all of a sudden the blue windows 8 "Restarting ..." screen came up. I had a blockland server running, too. Was it the installer or something else?

ive had an issue similar for a long time now, but i didnt get a blue screen. my computer would just shut off for about 3 seconds then turn itself back on when i seem to be running high graphical games. my card can run it since i have a geforce gtx 285 but idk why it randomly restarts.

i do sometimes get a blue screen thats all blurry saying how windows has encountered a problem and is collecting info then restarts.

Slow installing process is my best bet.
Happened to me a while ago with a windows update. Was pretty cool.

I don't mean a blue screen of death, I mean my Windows 8's theme is a sky blue.

It has only happened to me once on Windows 8, it was because I OC'd my cpu too high and it became unstable. So I clocked it back down to 4.2 ghz or 4.5 I can't remember and it stabalized :D

If there was an actual problem it wouldn't do a normal restart. It was probably a scheduled update or something. If there was a problem it would of just gone black and turned off.
