i could make it toggle in RTB prefs and through a server command.

gave it a toggle, kind of pointless but it's there if you want to toggle it.

I wouldn't say this is useless. It's sort of just adding a little something extra to the command. Personally I like little edits like these on certain mods.

This mod is not useless, but it's not very useful. It can, however, let your admins know who has been finding/fetching what.

If it works, then good job.

wound has nothing to do with backdoors...
any add-on with a backdoor would be reported and failed immediately (unless the backdoor is extremely hidden)
