Steam Big Picture keeps opening up randomly!

It's so annoying and I don't know how to make it stop. :C I don't even use steam big picture because of it being in full screen.
Anyone know how to fix this?

do you have the setting enabled?

settings > interface > look at the checkboxes for "Start Steam in Big Picture Mode"

if not, not sure, sorry.

It's a bug. Update steam, I think they fixed it.

I kinda have the same issue, except it's with steam taking screenshots randomly.
It only happens in BL, and when it does it takes about 200-400 at a time, and the noise it makes is insanely loud
