Making Color Sets

I think I am pretty sure how to do it, since I have been messing around with a couple of the paint packs I got, I just have a 1 question to clarify- The first number is the RED coloring setting, the second number is the GREEN coloring setting, the third is the BLUE coloring setting, and the last number is the setting for what? - Transparency?

R G B Alpha (not sure what alpha does)

So yes, the first number is the red color setting, the second one is the green color setting and the third one is the blue color setting, and i guess the fourth one (alpha) is for transparency

Alpha means how much you can see it
0 is invisible
255 is 100%
