Found this sorta looking satellite prop in a dupe and want to know what menu its under, its a prop.

I don't get it though, how would it be PHX if I dont have the pack that it seems?
It would show up as some error if it was a PHX.
How would I get those props anyway?

Found it, under the Garry's Mod category in games, there is a folder called "hunter" and it gives me the prop and some other ones that I was seeing.
