Is it considered piracy to upload the dts exporters that come with TGE to this forum? like maya2dts, max2dts, map2dif plus, ms2dts ?

I don't know if they are, it comes with the old version of Torque Game Engine Advanced. It isn't free though so I guess you can still get it somewhere.

The entire TGE is abandonware as it can no longer be purchased since multiple years ago

Only the Dts one is, the maya and the other ones I couldn't even find by looking up on google
