Where do all these headaches come from?

I've been getting so many lately. I'm just sitting at work, doing my job. Or maybe I'm at home watching some TV and bam; Surprise headache. Not a day goes by without me having at least a small headache. Is there anything that could fix this? I'm already stopping by a doctor soon for the reason that my nose has been clogged for half a year already.
