Well, you passed minimum requirements of what you would need to run blockland.
I'm not sure what is going on though, post a console.log.

post a console.log

If i cant run the game how can it create a console.log

Are you able to get past the launcher before errors?

Ive had this error with other games such as Gmod and Tekkit, when the game takes up too much memory for your computer to handle. If you open the Task Manager, on the right it will say Memory Usage, and when Gmod gave me this error, it said it was using up over 1million K of memory.
All in all, open blockland and check your Task Manager and see what happens.

At the time of opening blockland and running the task manager at the same time, I noticed when i first open Blockland the CPU usage changes to 100% for a short second and then back to 20% and then 4%.

The CPU usage will go up to 100% or so when you click on the window and actually do something in it.
When its just sitting there minimized its going to be somewhere around 0-10.
Does the Mem Usage number change at all?

I fixed the problem by setting its priorities to low in the task manager, locking.
