Anyone else getting sick of FB and it's stuffty fad pages?

I'm getting pretty sick of all these pages run by foreign people that post extremely obvious pictures, and posting them just to get a bunch of likes. Look at the page in the screenshot below and prepare to lose brain cells.

I should just use only Twitter and Instagram for now on...

There's no way to block all of them. New ones keep being made and friends keep sharing them.

I stopped using Facebook actively 2 years ago
I only have it now just because I feel like I need to have one for my music, unfortunately.

What I find incredibly stupid too, is that you have to pay to have everyone that liked your page to see everything you post.
Links also get seen less.
