You know nothing of laptops at all
I can tell you from personal experience with a 6620g amd integrated gpu, running Blockland is not an easy task for it. I get 11 fps on max settings with minimal bricks, and I typically play on medium if I want shadows.
That thing is unlikely to play on the lowest shadows.
