Go up to the bot and type /getid
Then type IDHERE.setScale(x y z);

I'm not sure if the x y z is supposed to be in quotes so try that too.

*facedesk* I did it incorrectly. For example, to shrink a horse, do (ID).setscale("0 0 0"); to make it size 100.
