Yes, I just lost my Fatal1ty gaming headset's hearing but the mic still works. I just bought it last month and I just missed my chance to send it back 5 days ago.
I'm sure it said it had a 1-year warranty but I through the physical receipts away like a moron.
I'm a fairly new user to Amazon so I wanted to ask if my payment info for the headset that's on my account counts as a receipt that I can use to send it back for repair.
