Is there such a thing as worldoftext for images?

I was curious because I remember seeing something like this a while ago on deviantArt. Now I can't find it. The only thing that comes remotely close is tumblr, which I hate. I'm thinking a white blank page where you can store gifs/images. Does something like this exist? Maybe some of you know what I'm thinking of off the top of your heads.

Thanks
