I highly doubt they'd touch it, and if they did, there would probably be so much more negative than positive. I watch the Yogscast, but some things they've been doing lately piss me off, so I'd not beyond admitting they'll bitch about aspects, be going "We'll have to censor that, haha," bashing the game. And anyone who comes from that probably won't treat the community too nicely.
Then again, I guess that could also be expected of Blockland on Steam, so forget it.
