Generally you could try using Ctrl + F5 or clear your browser cache but I also do not see your avatar now...

Why are you spamming help topics, just upload the avatar in 75x75 regions and once you upload it, hit f5

If he needs help, he does. Sadly, your answer is irrelevant because he isn't uploading an animated .gif and F5 does not force-clear the cache.
