Author Topic: Ground_Plate not working properly  (Read 454 times)

This is the first time for me making a ground, so I need some help.
Since I wasn't able to find any tutorials, I used the file "Ground_Plate"
as an example.

In the link below is my .zip file. the error is that the .png file won't show up on the
ground when I click on it in the Enviromental Settings in-game.
The thumb picture will work though.

Open up ground_TT and look at the last field. I think plate is meant to be recolorable, but you don't want that for Google.

Okay, did that, so what I'm guessing is that I need a code for $Ground::RayCastColor something which
I don't know what to put there. It seems that each .ground file has their own letters and numbers.

I think they are hexidecimal color codes. Try putting in something like 7f7f7f for now.

Oh woops. Sorry for not noticing this earlier. I'm almost certain your texture needs to be square and have dimensions that are a power of 2. Find a Google image that you can crop to 1024x1024.
