Author Topic: How To Add Facecam to Videos?  (Read 1674 times)

I came here to ask a question that I've wanted to ask for a while. Google didn't help, maybe some of you could?

So I want to add some facecam to my videos on Youtube. I use Bandicam and could use Windows Live Movie Maker for the camera.

I have basically no money to spend now. Is there any way to add a camera of my face to a video for free?

Please don't derail this topic, like most of mine. Thank you.

Camtasia has the option to record the screen + webcam, then in post production, you can use Camtasia to edit the size and position of the webcam and then save the video a a WMV or with custom settings or something

you can't add a facecam on videos with movie maker. you could use sony vegas though thats what i did, but its not free so yeah.

basically just get an editor that allows overlay

vegas
get a program that works with webcams
record them at the same time
with vegas
have two video channels
animation settings
crop it to how you like
boom
done

This. I've used this before. Works really well.
Camtasia is on the cheaper side too, if you want to buy it.
