I don't thing bloxland is a good idea
The name itself is alright, but it's too similar to Blockland
Also you can just imagine how many people would think of it as a Blockland rip-off.

I have idea different design the character player, bricks, vehicles, etc. I cannot clone or copy of blockland.

By assets, I mean the files from the game.  Do not use files from Blockland.  Do not call your project anything that contains the word "Blockland".

I think you didn't quite understand what he told you. You can make any game you want, as long as your game title does not contain "blockland". And you can not use any files found in your blockland folder.
