Well sorry. I haven't made many decals before. I don't have a good art program.

I'm not entirely sure if this still works or not

It's an older version of Photoshop, but Adobe is letting people use it for free now. I used it after using CS5 and there isn't much difference, CS5 is basically this with a fancier layout and some more advanced tools that you probably wont need for Blockland.

It kinda fills too much of the shirt. Perhaps if you make the image smaller and centered it would be okay.

Gimp, Paint.NET, Photoshop (Maybe). Also, try making the image yourself, not using a .png off of google images.
