This isn't a classified document or anything, and if they found it on NASA's website then that means it's freely available and they didn't "leak" it.

Seems like these guys are pretty full of it.

maybe nasa actually has crazy funding from the DoD for space weapons, but they don't want us to know that so they make it seem like nasa is underfunded

Yeah, I know that now. I kinda feel silly for being so gullible.
Gonna lock the topic now. If someone really wanted to have a conspiracy topic they can make it themselves.
