Bought Spelunky But Something Went Wrong

I made a payment to Steam with my credit card and it's supposed to take from my account. I believe the payment was for Spelunky, and i have the game and everything but Valve didn't take my money. :I

So is this like safe to spend or  . . . . ?

strange, generally when i buy something from steam the money is transacted from my account within a couple of minutes

Made a support ticket in case i don't get an answer here. I'd hate to be getting a game and not paying, it feels rude an wrong.

If you aren't charged, then I wouldn't complain to them because hey at least they didn't charge me.
Anyway it may take a bit of time for the transaction to go through.

I know, if you can get something for free and avoid paying by some sort of glitch or malfunction, why the hell not? I mean like an unintentional thing only - not avoidance to pay for something, I mean like a malfunction or glitch which doesn't charge money from you for something which you bought.
