Some tips,
It looks very cartoony. Try adding pillars or other supports. (Ignore this I didn't see the pillars.) Also, don't make literally EVERY SINGLE WALL just windows. It isn't very creative. I wouldn't suggest making it in a square shape, uneven shapes or wedges in the building can make it look much more creative.

good tips. I'll see what I can do about the windows, but I planned on adding walls inside as well as maybe 2 more pillars
I tried to use as many default bricks as possible but I'll see what I can do about that too.

When using bricks for windows, don't let the seam be exposed to the open, hide the seam behind walls or along adjacent brick support beams.  The seams make transparent bricks look bad and unrealistic.

This sky scraper looks very similar to the sears tower in Chicago.
The interior is alright. I can tell that you mostly duplicate the floors.
Correct me if I'm wrong but its just like duplicating 32x32 baseplate sky scrapers and putting it into one.

A suggestion for your next tower is to make each floor thicker than 1 plate

I actually like the thin floors because it's more roomier.

does anyone have suggestions for the exterior? I don't have many rounded bricks

a lot of the rooms have broken floors and 2x2fs holding them together but I can fix that pretty quickly
