My Server is Back up and i have got rid of all the previous admins. the reason people thought i was a horrible host was because my admins would change the rules without my approval just to have an excuse to ban people. i have also built a new city that has a much better layout and a nicer feel to it.

The build looks a lot like Vaux's build, and you've stolen Set's doughnut shop that he made. The build isn't better, it's just a bunch of stolen things mashed together.
Still a terrible host.
