Max emitters/lights viewing distance

Hi there, I need to know if there's a way to increase the max distance at which you can view emitters and (primarily) lights. The distance settings that have come with more recent versions of BL have absolutely screwed up some of my builds (specifically a music stage), and I need to find a way around it. Thank you :3

You can only change your max draw distance in your settings.
You can not change the max distance which you can see lights, emitters, etc. from.
