This strange Bug is pissing me off now (Please Help)

For about a week now i've been having this strange thing where my computer will stutter, like in most YTP's you'll see those "(Whatever).exe has stopped working" things; it's like that exept it doesn't crash it just lags
at first I laughed when I first experienced it since I thought it was a Youtube bug.
Could someone help me?

Have you tried watching a YouTube video on another browser? It could help, crashing is a frequent issue on Chrome.

It's lagging my computer in general. I tried playing Earthbound on my Emulator earlier and it did this too
It's even doing this typing my message!

Firefox on my laptop does that. It gets buggy and is unresponsive, just as you described, all the time. It's hardly useable sometimes.
