Over in the Milky Way, those crazy people were fighting each other and now they're rebuilding. Meanwhile, here in Andromeda, we've been chillin' peacefully, building up our civilations all fine and dandy without stupid human wars.

Tools:Imgur - A helpful tool for posting images.
Paint.NET - A tool for image editing, for maps and other things. You can use GIMP too.
Inkscape - A vector-based editing tool.
Alien Species Generator - This can be used to give you ideas for your nation's species, as humans don't exist in Andromeda.
Donjon RPG Tools - This has lots of uses, notably the star system generator and the planet generator. I'm goign to use this a lot because we don't know anything in the Andromeda galaxy.
Help Wiki - Contains basic info about Meta Matter and other help based on this nation RP. I haven't asked Crispy (op of RtMW) if we can use the wiki for this too, but it's in the same universe so I suppose so.
Rules:It's important that you follow the rules, before and after you make a country.
You
can:
1. Start a war with anyone, within reason.
2. Form alliances. Contact the person you'd like to form an alliance with before you do so.
3. Establish trade routes. See above.
4. Attempt terrorist attacks, covert operations. You don't need permission for these, although i would recommend that you speak to me about it first.
5. Post your national news to inform the community.
6. Form colonies to access new materials.
7. Gradually increase your technological abilities.
8. Whatever you can think of that's not below. If you're questionable about it, ask me.
You
cannot:
1. Use real world leaders to represent your country IE: Riddler, Stalin, Bush, Obama, etc. Humans don't exist in Andromeda.
2. Have really stupid and handicapped names like "SUPERGUNNATION" or "MINECRAFTLAND". Be creative.
3. End a full-out war within the same page you started it, and don't start wars unless you have a reason.
4. Powergame. Be reasonable, announce research before doing it.
5. Destroy celestial bodies with the mass of Ceres and up.
6. Be an starfish.
7. Interacting with other timelines, universes, or galaxies (yet!)
8. Use a nation from RtMW.
If your nation does not follow the rules, it will be wiped from existence.
