Author Topic: Three monitors doesnt work?  (Read 737 times)

I got a third monitor today, and I cannot get the third one to work with all three combined, they are plugged into my graphics card, what else can I do?

Which graphics card do you have? Your graphics card might not be capable of hosting all three at once is my assumption.

So does the gpu only support two at once? Does it matter which ones you try?

You could try plugging one into your motherboard, but since you have 3 screens I would assume you want to play games in a wide resolution and the mobo chipset most likely won't work with the gpu

560 does not support three monitors on one card sorry

That card only supports 2 monitors. One of the DVI ports is shared with the mini HDMI port, so you can run one or the other, but not both. If you want 3 monitors, you'll need a second 560.
