The world of Caipira has just been discovered on a parallel to Earth where the land is still oddly formed. It's 2013 right now, and the nations still haven't been correctly formed. So we're starting off with all the modern technology and doing the stuff we do in other nation RPs - war, etc !

Representation
It's 2013 in modern-day Texas, but with one change. Some counties have been bought out by rich businessmen from the largest nations from the alternate country of Giamia (States Divided's setting.) The Texan Government has given up trying to stop them from purchasing the counties, and so they are now the only governing force. People are guessing that they will go to war at points for land. But nobody knows.
