Pay rates are the same with bonuses on deployments.

An E-4 standing at the gate will earn the same as E-4 soldier overseas.

Standing at a gate isnt excited. You check ID's all day sure. You role around base and pull people over. You make sure no one crosses the red line on the runway.

My dads was in probably the 2nd most boring job. Their motto was "At least we're not MPs"

Anyways, there are quality jobs in every branch.

I always wanted to be one of those guys who flies doctors from one hospital to another for emergency surgeries/organ transplants.

Also, being a coast guard helicopter pilot and saving people could be a thing. I just need to learn how to fly...
