Author Topic: Is there a fix for this Vista / ATI graphics problem?  (Read 1097 times)

Hi all.

Just want to know if there is a fix for this problem with blockland on Vista with an ATI card. The problem is wierd graphics with like colourful triangles appearing when you move.

It's been most of a year now that I've not been able to play what I payed for...

Thanks in advance for any intelligent input.

Lex

I believe the problem is caused by Vista's lack of support for anything, including graphics cards. So the drivers aren't really supported by it.

I have no problem using my 2.5 year old Nvidia card with Vista.  I just use the most updated drivers.  Maybe you should go with the market leader next time.

Oh I will do so in the future. It's a shame because my laptop has good specs and the GC just ruines it all. Ruins my ability to play my No. 1 multiplayer game too :(.

Do you think if I just uninstalled my drivers for the card it would work? Or do you think the near release of Service Pack 1 for Vista will help at all?

Thanks!

Download the Catalyist control center but beware Badspot hates it for its GUI skinning

You Brock your GC, no doubt about it.
