Blockland acting all wonky

I know the title's pretty ambiguous, but there's no other way of describing it. 
I recently purchased a computer and now Blockland is flashing constantly.  Black and white.  I don't know, it's just really awkward. 
Also, it says it supports shaders, but they won't appear.

What are your graphic card specifications?

I've got DX 10.1.  On a different note, the problem seems to have lessened itself by my restarting my computer.

Update your video drivers. Your Intel HD Graphics controller does not legitimately support a specific OpenGL extension for shaders above minimum to run.
