Random pictures on my phone suddenly.

I was looking through my phone when I noticed some different photos that weren't mine. Thy randomly appeared and were of some one else I guess. They included some research and baby pictures. I have no idea how they got on my phone. How did this loving happen?

i turned sync off it turns out it had some random account. Good.
