Why do people Purposely act stupid?

I don't know...
I guess its my personality. I grew up with a strict family so maybe Its not in my best nature to judge. But to laugh at something like that would require a tragic loss of brain cells imo. I don't see what's funny, aside for the slightly bigger lips its a face I just want to punch.
