Can't find certain add-on ANYWHERE

I use to have an add-on that added events that can detect the day/night cycle of the server to do event lines as such;
Onday - Self - Setlight - NONE
Onnight - Self - Setlight - Player's Light

I searched the forums for about 15 minutes and can't find it on RTB anywhere. Can someone help me?

Although I'm pretty sure the events you are using were for an old daycycle mod from before v21.
