does anyone have any clue how to rid my annoying laptop of chromium os

i installed chromium OS on my laptop a few months back because vista was the stufftiest thing imaginable and now i want to play old-school video games and now i cant because im stuck with stuffty chromium.

ive tried installing ubuntu and windows xp and both of them come up with random errors during installation.

i just want to rid my god damn laptop of this monstrosity

how do i fix

tried to install ubuntu from usb and windows xp from a disk

the windows disk just gave me a BSOD and the ubuntu USB would boot and then stop

What did you use to put it on the USB? and did you use just the standard linux distro? also, did you run it live and THEN install, or install it directly from USB

^Yeah. I could have a 16 core processor at 8 ghz but with a 10 mb graphics card. Would not mac any difference.

try installing a linux distro that doesn't suck or a more modern version of windows
