I didn't use ModTerrain, I used print baseplates as I wanted to keep ModTer disabled so I didn't hit the data block limit, but I still wanted to have low lag. A single detailed runway could be more bricks than a whole airport is without detail, and a single detailed airport lagged before I got close to finishing.

Topic updated with build. We now have apartments which people spawn in. (People also spawn at the hospital.)

Having internet problems, Wired LAN is not working. I still have a Wi-Fi connection which allows me to post this, but it's not good for hosting.
