Click on THIS

Click 'Save As' (or something similar)
Find the folder C:/Program Files/Blockland/Add-Ons/
Click 'Save'
Open up Blockland, enable Tool_Duplicator in the Add-Ons list and start a server.
When you want to duplicate something, type /duplicator
