Also I doubt that's his ISP. I bet his dad will sometimes want to watch something on youtube and wouldn't like that. It's probably a setting in his router.

my computer account kicks me off at 8:45 pm and won't let me on again until 9 am
however the actual internet doesn't go off until sometime between 9-10 pm usually, so if i really want to i can get on my phone and do internet stuff for a short time after i'm kicked off the computer
